At Sastapk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures.
1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned within this period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not damaged due to misuse, accident, or negligence
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items with hygiene seals broken (earbuds, headphones)
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer negligence
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package
- Ship the item to our return address provided in the email
4. Return Shipping
- Defective or Damaged Items: We will cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Received: We will cover return shipping and send the correct item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs 5,000.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Refund Amount
- Full Refund: Item returned in original condition with all accessories
- Partial Refund: Item returned with missing accessories or signs of use (up to 20% restocking fee may apply)
- No Refund: Item damaged due to customer negligence or outside return window
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different size or color of the same product (subject to availability)
- Different product of equal or greater value (customer pays difference if applicable)
To request an exchange, contact our customer service with your order details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for pickup and replacement at no extra cost
- Alternatively, you may choose a full refund
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again (it may take 5-10 business days)
- Contact your bank or credit card company

9. Warranty Claims
Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims:

- We will assist you with the warranty claim process
10. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped:
- Contact us immediately after placing your order
- If the order hasn't been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
- If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process
